Technical management and coordination of major events in public space with up to 150,000 visitors, including legal and safety assessment of the event areas, as well as the creation of complex stage and terrain plans using CAD Development and implementation of technical safety concepts, including risk assessments, flight and rescue planning as well as fire protection requirements in close coordination with safety authorities and specialist services Planning, tendering and awarding of technical services (including electricity, water, shut-off technology, stage construction, lighting and sound technology, sanitation, cleaning), including budget responsibility and content management of the entire award process Perception of operator responsibility in accordance with §§ 38–40 VStättV, including the safety review of facilities and construction facilities, as well as monitoring compliance with applicable regulations, in particular VStättV and DGUV deployment planning and guidance of technical teams and coordination of external service providers (w/m/d); Responsibility for the implementation, monitoring and follow-up of all technical processes in the event Participation in the risk assessment team in safety-related events, in particular weather conditions, major damage events and in the field of fire protection, including decision-making power in coordination with project management, fire department and safety authorities
