Process Manager (m/f/d)

Analysis, recording and optimization of operational processes with a focus on disposition, operational control and operational processes Identification of bottlenecks, sources of errors and potential for improvement in daily business Creation, care and development of understandable IST and SOLL process documentation Implementation of workshops, interviews and voting with disposition, technology, administration and management Development and introduction of practical standards, checklists and uniform process structures Accompanying the implementation of new processes including training of employees and regular effectiveness control Ensure clear responsibilities, clean data collection and sustainable implementation of improvement measures

At least 5 years of professional experience in railway operations and process management Very good understanding of MRP, operating and communication processes in rail transport Experience in the analysis, optimization and introduction of operational processes and structures Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation with high self-responsibility Communication strength, enforcement capability and high quality and safety orientation
