Optimization and automation potentials can be seen in detail: You are going through existing end-to-end processes, developing sustainable solutions and successfully bringing them into implementation – always with a view to quality, efficiency and customer experience. Artificial intelligence and intelligent automation are not a buzzword for you. You are actively working on AI-based solutions, such as document processing, data validation, decision support or intelligent processor design. With your understanding of the process and your project strength, you can control and guide transformation and implementation projects – agile, classic or hybrid. NPS processes, efficiencies and STP rates are familiar to you, so that you keep the process quality and degree of automation continuously in mind and develop it in a targeted manner. You are also communicatively pointing out: You accompany change processes at eye level, help colleagues anchor new technologies and working methods in building financing, and successfully brings together stakeholders, such as specialist areas, IT, AI Analytics and external partners.

University or Higher education (BWL, Computer Science or Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of experience with digitalization, automation, AI and data-driven solutions (e.g. document processing, use of Agentic AI, decision logics) Practice in an industry / in a company with a very high degree of digital automation Very good understanding of end-to-end processes, data flows and system landscapes Embossed analysis competence (desire vs. is) and skills to restructure complex process attitudes Ability to quickly capture complex relationships and quickly work into new topics Detectable experience in project or program management as well as in controlling complex projects over longer periods Fun to develop innovative process solutions and actively shape changes Safe occurrence, self-initiative and an independent and result-oriented approach Team spirit, communication strength and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions German and English flowing in word and writing
