As a team leader (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) electrical assembly in special installation construction, you take responsibility for our control cabinet construction and run your team with professional competence and clear view for quality, dates and costs. You ensure that complex systems are implemented reliably, while actively shaping the further development of processes and standards.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in control cabinet construction (currently 18 employees) Ensuring time-, cost- and quality-oriented production of switchgear cabinets for special machines and systems Planning and control of capacity taking into account project schedules Operational cooperation in control cabinet construction Responsibility for work safety, order and cleanliness in manufacturing Close coordination with hardware planning (EPlan), automation technology and project management Further development of standards in control cabinet construction (Lean, 5S, CVP, Modularization) Support of material disposition in cooperation with purchasing and work preparation Participation in acceptances and internal quality checks Promotion and further development of employees

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics for operating technology / automation technology) Continuing training as a master, technician or comparable qualification desirable Multiannual professional experience in control cabinet construction, ideally in special machine construction Good IT skills in Microsoft Office (M365), SAP, EPLAN and SolidEdge English knowledge of word and writing at good level (B1) First leadership experience or strong willingness to take over leadership responsibility Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Teamability, Enforcement and Communication Strength
