You start with us as a field manager for the social space team Süd-Ost, focusing on services of care, part-time. You run the multi-professional social space team Süd-Ost together with a second management force. You coordinate and optimise the workflows, define the objectives for the area, follow the development of the legal foundations and jurisdiction and carry out service meetings. The following tasks also apply within the scope of activity: Decision in new cases and support for employees in difficult individual cases, negotiations and challenging situations Adaptation of the Office for Social Services to the challenges of demographic change, shortage of skilled workers and shortage of resources, with increased social orientation Cross-professional cooperation with employees of support for care, integration assistance and the local social service to further develop the Kiel performance system
