You bring your psychological/psychometric know-how into practice You are actively working on diverse personal diagnostic topics You will start presentation and training You prepare customer appointments and participate in them if necessary You capture customer-specific needs and control your ideas for implementing customized solutions You work actively and independently in our diverse customer projects You carry out psychometric evaluations and statistical analyses You strengthen us in operational day-to-day business as well as in project management

(Economic) Psychology or BWL with Department of Human Resources Suitability diagnosis Good MS Office knowledge It was possible to collect first results in the HR and/or in the consulting sector want to independently introduce own ideas and solutions and take responsibility for them A team player who likes to work with others You can structure well and work systematically enjoying digital tools
