Claims Restoration Clerk (m/w/d)

Become part of the #TeamLebenSchuetzen in our branch in Ulm (Merklingen). As a specialist for damage recovery (m/w/d), you can start with us in full or part-time from 25h/week.

You are responsible for general administrative office activities. The project management is supported by you in the project management in our business area renovation. You are for the editing and tracking of offers, archiving of project files as well as the compilation of documentation documents incl. Completion of initial invoices. Overviews and updates on open items are available daily in our ERP system SAP. Our customers are assisted by telephone and e-mail. If necessary, you work on our quality management.

You ideally have a completed commercial training and at least two years of professional experience in the field of expertise. All MS Office applications are safe; especially Excel. Through your communicative way, you have joy in dealing with customers. Knowledge of ERP software is advantageous for accounting. You complete your profile with a reliable, structured and team-oriented way of working.
