Responsible maintenance, maintenance and inspection of electrical installations and systems (e.g. building technology, lighting, distributions, safety technology) Analysis, diagnosis and elimination of electrical disturbances on site, including fault detection and sustainable disorder elimination Implementation of small repairs and adaptations to the electrical infrastructure within the framework of operator obligations Professional digital documentation of the maintenance, testing and maintenance work carried out in the specified systems (e.g. CAFM, test protocols) Direct, service-oriented communication with clients, users and contact persons on site, including appointments, measures and feedback on faults Compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and internal requirements (work safety, fire protection, electrotechnical rules etc.
