Public Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

The KTE shopping area ensures that all specialist areas are reliably supplied with external deliveries and services. To this end, the team of purchases plans, monitors and manages the procurement procedures for deliveries, services and construction services and ensures compliance with legal requirements. Through the targeted and efficient handling of procurement measures, the area makes a decisive contribution to the success of the company. We are looking for active support for the Service Purchasing department:

You are responsible for national and pan-European tenders (according to GWB, UVgO, VgV, VOB/A). This includes the preparation, implementation and evaluation of tenders and the audit-proof documentation. On the basis of tenders, you will complete individual assignments as well as framework contracts and negotiate in a sovereign manner in accordance with the procurement rules. You advise the departments in the economic procurement of special engineering, planning, maintenance and nuclear services. As a competent contact person, you can find internal and external interfaces on all issues relating to procurement law and legal procurement. You regulate contract disorders and consistently enforce KTE's claims. In case of need, you initiate external legal opinions, access them and are responsible for subsequent communication with stakeholders.

You have completed a degree in economics; alternatively, you have completed a vocational training course with a further education as an entrepreneur (m/w/d) and have several years of professional experience in the purchase of services. You bring professional experience in the procurement and contract processing of services, ideally in the context of public procurement law. Ideally, you have knowledge in an electronic procurement system as well as in SAP or another commodity management system. You are characterized by strong communication and team skills, impress with your negotiation security and are a successful persuasive talent. You work solution-oriented, structured and keep an overview even in complex situations. You have German knowledge at least on C1 level and convince with a very good oral and written expressability.
