In a direct line of reports, you support the management of the company as a main respondent and assault person in the business management of the company, including the subsidiaries, and bear responsibility for all commercial activities. Leadership and further development: In your department, you will ensure efficient performance. As a manager, you take on the disciplinary responsibility, actively promote personnel and team development and ensure that the range of services is further developed strategically. Controlling and planning: You are responsible for SWP's participation, corporate and investment controlling and its subsidiaries. In addition, you plan business and group planning, tax corporate liquidity and take special projects as well as regular risk reporting. Contracts and committee work: The creation, testing and monitoring of service contracts in the Group's Group is one of your tasks as well as the further development of the system of intra-group performance accounting. In addition, you support the management by examining and preparing documents for committee meetings. Stakeholder management: As a key player, you represent the Group with stakeholders such as the state capital of Potsdam, banks, auditors and bodies in matters of equity management. The Group-wide funding management from the submission of applications to the management of funds to the delivery of evidence is also your responsibility. Future topics and digitalization: Another focus is the support and monitoring of the Group-wide financing concept for the energy and mobility transition. At the same time, you are driving forward the further development of our BI-based control systems (e.g. LucaNet, S4/HANA) in close cooperation with the subsidiaries.

Training and qualification: The basis of your expertise is a completed study of business management or business engineering with a focus on controlling/finance or an equivalent degree. Professional experience and leadership: multi-year experience in controlling as well as in a leading position. Your leadership style is collaborative and valuable. You have also successfully replied to digitalization projects. Cooperation and committee work: In dealing with employee representations and company committees, you are safe and sovereign. Technical knowledge: Awareness of trade and company law, local economic law, right of grant and in the analysis of balance sheet, you also bring with you very good knowledge in S4/HANA and with a BI software (e.g. LucaNet). Personal competencies: You are a communication-strong leader with a sense of stakeholder management. Responsibility, commitment and identification with our corporate goals in agreement with the local interests of the state capital of Potsdam are just as natural for you as analytical strength, strategic thinking and a targeted working method.
