Processing of legal issues in national and European energy law Advising the departments and monitoring of any necessary judicial procedures Contract creation and negotiation with external partners legal support for the operational implementation of national laws and regulations on energy law and European regulations and directives Representation of the company by public authorities and in associated working groups with other transmission system operators or at association level Control of procedures for energy and regulatory disputes including coordination of external lawyers

Full jury*in with two successfully completed State Examina first professional experience in the context of scientific cooperation or other legal work Knowledge in Energy Law/Regulation Law (e.g. through focus in studies/referendariat) desirable structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and economically balanced action as well as understanding of economic relationships safe and binding occurrence and communication skills knowledge of English
