Project Manager specializing in residential real estate (m/f/d)

Responsible project management and/or contractor representation of the transferred modernizations and new construction measures in the housing stock in the performance phases 1-9. Coordination of contract partners such as architects, specialist engineers and other project participants. Implementation of defined project objectives with regard to costs, time and quality requirements in the aforementioned functions.

Complete degree in architecture or civil engineering. Insufficient professional experience in the planning, tendering and construction management of modernization, i.e. maintenance of the housing stock with regard to fire protection, balcony renovations, energetic measures, etc. ä. Project management of new buildings. VOB, HOAI as well as relevant building laws will certainly apply. Building template permission desirable. Secure application of MS-Office, CAD-Nemetschek and ORCA-AVA. German knowledge (Language level C1). Class B driving licence (III).
