Industrial mechanic (m/w/d) in dock operation

Your tasks

• · Participation in piling and setting up ships in dock
• · Support for safe docking and unloading as well as for the positioning of the ships
• · Implementation of transport by means of crane and industrial conveyor technology
• · Monitoring and monitoring of lifting and lowering operations taking into account stability and load distribution
• · Operation and monitoring of technical installations in dock operation
• · Maintenance, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• · Regular control of components such as pumps, valves and control systems
• · Early detection and notification of malfunctions and introduction of first measures Ensuring order, cleanliness and operability in the work area
• · Compliance with all relevant safety, work and environmental regulations

Your profile

• · Completed metal training (e.g. industrial mechanic, construction mechanic or comparable)
• · Professional experience in maintenance, locksmithing or mechanical engineering
• · Experience in handling technical equipment (e.g. pumps, valves, cranes)
• · Valid forklift and crane license
• · Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• · Ideally experience in the maritime environment or on shipyards
• · Willingness to work outdoors and mounting inserts
• · Team skills, reliability and self-responsibility
• · Required: valid medical examinations (G20, G25, G41, G42)
