Here is an overview of your tasks in detail: Comprehensive support for our leasing and financing customers from the Heilbronn site for the Austrian market. These include contract and receivable management as well as the proactive, policy-compliant processing of the portfolio, including non-performing commitment. Targeted and scheduled handling of all incoming customer requests via all communication channels Data maintenance and updating of customer master data Contract management of leasing and financing operations as well as coordination of related insurance Management of contractual adjustments such as suspensions, changes in rates, early terminations of contract settlement of insurance damage Recovery and settlement of receivables and their due date Creating receivables Evaluations and notifications of insolvency claims Calculation of final settlement after vehicle utilization Close cooperation with CA Auto Bank S.p.A., Austrian branch office, Vienna and Austrian service partners

Completed vocational training as a banker or a comparable commercial qualification Multiannual professional experience ideally in the area of credit, leasing or receivable management Self-employed work according to economic criteria Service orientation, safe occurrence, enforcement and negotiation skills Flexibility, self-initiative and performance and team capacity
