You advise and support management and executives in the exercise and implementation of occupational safety and health obligations You drive forward our company-wide security culture program with enthusiasm You support the creation and updating of risk assessments, create central risk assessments Your own responsibility You analyse accidents at work, near incidents and derive appropriate prevention measures You conduct security visits and audits throughout the company and security meetings across all hierarchy levels You work with the design of safe jobs, workflows and technical installations You work with the development of emergency, fire and explosion protection concepts You evaluate investment projects and operational procedures with regard to safety aspects You form our leaders and specialists on occupational safety issues and on You act as a contact person for the authorities, professional associations and external service providers

The conviction that an accident-free organization is possible, draws you You have completed training as a specialist in occupational safety You look back at at at least 5 years of relevant, successful professional experience (as SiFA) in a manufacturing company, ideally in the heavy industry You have reliable and practical knowledge of the relevant labour, health and environmental legislation Your work is characterised by your self-employment, teamwork, structure and solution orientation Your personal appearance is characterized by communication strength, readiness to change, awareness of responsibility and a holistic view The handling of SAP and the common Microsoft Office applications is familiar to you knowledge of HSE software tool Quentic and good English skills complete their profile
