We work regionally: Most construction sites are in the area Würzburg, Schweinfurth, Bamberg.

It's waiting for you • At the same time we develop dozens of projects in damage recovery in our branches. Most of the work is done by post-contractors. As an operational manager, you are on the road for us at the construction sites and control the work of the contractors . • Smaller work is done by yourself. Stir a wall, attach a few tiles, place laminate - all that happens in the interior. • You make sure that the work will be completed on schedule and document all the work that the project management can write invoices. • You have a lot of contact with our project managers, entrepreneurs and our customers. You always appear polite and service oriented and can represent svt well on site.

That's what you bring • You have completed a technical or craft training (e.g. as a painter, tile-leger*in, dry-builder or from the SHK area), at least two years of relevant work experience in the craftsmanship and describe yourself as a craft all-rounder. • knowledge in the area of damage recovery is advantageous; A cross entrance with suitable technical/handcrafted training is also possible – we qualify you! • You have a class B driver's license; other licenses such as C1 are of advantage. • Your self-sponsored way of working as well as your communicative and service-oriented way are yours.
