Daily processing of Active Reports as well as unloading reports Monitoring of incoming national and international freight transports in delivery Contact person for broadcast demand including tracking and control of interface processes Care and advice of our client on sending-related topics Pick up and share relevant consignment information to internal departments and external partners for delivery and collection Preparatory activities for insurance Active participation in the continuous optimization of processes to avoid deviations in daily workflow Processing of the remaining items and the overcounting and securing the correct delivery

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Education Proven professional experience in the logistics industry Very good German knowledge of Word and Writing C2, good English knowledge B2, other languages are advantageous Safe handling of MS 365 and openness in handling company-specific software Empathic customer-oriented communication in word and writing and customer-oriented thinking and acting Fun on teamwork with Hands On Mentality Responsible and independent working
