Technical Employee Industrialization (m/f/d)

As an employee in industrialization, you are at the interface between R&D and production and act as a link between departments. So-called scale-up productions are used for the smooth transfer of products from the development to the production scale. You accompany these productions and create corresponding documentation. In cooperation with R&D, production and quality management, you develop optimizations of work and process processes. You regularly participate in so-called shopfloor meetings. In the event of a know-how transfer, you will be in exchange with the international teams of the Serge Ferrari Group, including France and Switzerland.
