The Senior and Therapy Centre Helsa impresses with its versatility. Whether in the general stationary area, short-term and prevention care, dementia care, palliative care or therapy practices for ergo- and physiotherapy as well as logopaedia, combined with barrier-free service lives (people living with 70 seats) – we find a wide-ranging, interesting actuating field with all possibilities of professional development. This and the good working conditions make our house attractive for workers and for residents a beautiful place of residence.

In the future, a daily care with 24 seats and the extension of the service life by 56 seats will enrich our offer in the senior and therapy center Helsa.

Conceptual and economic control of the entire facility including all areas You represent our interior and exterior You optimize customer advertising and are responsible for document management You ensure the quality of care under technical and economic aspects You create a demand-oriented personnel deployment and holiday planning analogous to external and internal requirements You plan, coordinate and evaluate care and work processes and ensure their quality

Complete studies in nursing management/health management or completed training with multi-year professional experience as a nursing professional with comparable additional qualifications Recognition as management Professional experience in the management of a care facility or its representation Good business knowledge and analytical thinking and working methods You have leadership, good judgement, motivation and enforcement skills Safe occurrence in dealing with authorities / cost-beneficiaries High openness for diversity, flexibility and empathy
