Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Head of the Quality Department including further development of processes, resources and qualifications
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in the field of occupational safety, fire protection and workplace regulations
• Professional and disciplinary leadership and promotion and development of the team
• Accompanying internal and external customer and process audits as well as analysis and processing of deviations and development of suitable measures for troubleshooting and process optimization
• Defining, monitoring and documentation of quality criteria in cooperation with customers and suppliers
• Active communication with customers and nurses to coordinate quality requirements and support in quality problems
• Close cooperation with production and product development to ensure high quality standards and process compliance

Your qualifications:

You bring this with your profile

• Successfully completed studies, preferably focusing on quality management or economic engineering
• Multiannual experience in the field of quality management in a DIN ISO 9001 or comparable certified company as well as as leading industry
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving competence and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• High level of team capacity as well as independent and target-oriented working with the need for continuous improvement
