ProCredit Bank in Germany is part of the ProCredit Group, which is home to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and private customers, especially in eleven countries of South-East and Eastern Europe. In Germany, we address medium-sized companies with business relations with these markets. In addition, in cooperation with the teams of the respective ProCredit banks, we provide long-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in Southeast and Eastern Europe. As a correspondent bank of the group, we manage Group Treasury, foreign payments and commercial financing. With our activities we want to make an active contribution to the ecologically and socially sustainable economic development in the region.

(Senior) Transaction Banking Specialist*in in full or part-time Advice on: Account products incl. Online Banking and Electronic Banking EBICS as well as domestic and foreign payment transactions Processing of release orders, authorizations, estates, suspensions, SEPA Company name KYC test, determination of the economically authorized person Implementation/expansion of our products as part of our strategy Supporting the accounts of our domestic and foreign private and corporate customers: Account opening & account management including customer communication Interaction with colleagues from other internal departments, in particular corporate customer support, payment transactions, AML and IT/system support Active customer approach and implementation of customer projects together with specialist specialists

Completed training (e.g. bank clerk) or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in a financial institution on the German market Safe handling of current MS Office applications IT affinity and/or interest in the implementation of digital processes Very good communication capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
