Planning and coordination of the operations of our service technicians and the required materials and services Contact person for our customers for appointments as well as information about time and appointment changes Telephone support of our customers in technical matters and coordination of further processing Consumption and processing of service orders in close cooperation with the sales department Preparation of service deployments including provision of all relevant documents and briefing of service technicians Coordination and coordination between sales, service, warehouses and other departments Organisation and maintenance of emergency service planning to ensure reliable operational readiness Monitoring compliance with statutory working time regulations in the context of operational planning
