Support us! For our customers from Bremen we are looking for a home technician (m/w/d), electrician (m/w/d) or or Elektroinstallateure (m/w/d), who would like to go new ways together with us.

Your tasks:

• Operation and maintenance of technical building systems in the areas of refrigeration, ventilation and air conditioning
• Disorder-related repair and implementation of small repairs
• Cross-sectoral support of supply systems
• Conducting and maintaining fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Coordination of foreign companies during maintenance and repair work

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training in the fields of air conditioning and ventilation, gas and water installation or comparable
• First experience in technical building management / facility management desirable
• Cross-trade expertise desirable
• customer-oriented thinking and self-responsible work
• Class B licence to use the company service car
• Willingness to shift service within a three-layer system (breakfast: 6-14:30 h, late shift: 11:30 h, night shift: 22-06:30 h)
• takeover of standby services
