You maintain and develop the compliance management system. In this respect, you identify and evaluate compliance risks and, in coordination with the Executive Board and our specialist departments, take over the development, implementation and updating of compliance policies. You take over the communication within the Association to raise awareness of compliance issues. You design training and perform it. Finally, you support the implementation of internal investigations to comply with compliance regulations.

You have acquired your well-founded knowledge through completed university studies, preferably in the field of economic, social and legal sciences. You have experience in carrying out risk analyses and in building internal control systems. Ideally, you have knowledge of compliance and anti-corruption as well as practical experience in creating and implementing compliance programs and policies. Finally, you have a high analytical, conceptually strong and service-oriented working method as well as pronounced organizational skills. A very good communication capability in word and writing, independent work, initiative and reliability complete your profile.

It expects an indefinite working relationship in parttime (50% of the regular weekly working time of 39 hours; equals 19.50 hours). Your workstation is located in the middle of Berlin with excellent connections to public transport in a modern and collective association. We offer you flexible working hours and the possibility of proportional mobile work (up to 50%); an attractive remuneration according to our domestic contract with 13 monthly salaries, 30 days of leave in the calendar year, in addition free of work on 24.12. and 31.12., a grant to a public transport subscription, an occupational pension scheme and the possibility of a temporary account; a grant for membership of the Urban Sports Club and additional, individual employee benefits. .
