You maintain and develop the compliance management system. In this respect, you identify and evaluate compliance risks and, in coordination with the Executive Board and our specialist departments, take over the development, implementation and updating of compliance policies. You take over the communication within the Association to raise awareness of compliance issues. You design training and perform it. Finally, you support the implementation of internal investigations to comply with compliance regulations.
You have acquired your well-founded knowledge through completed university studies, preferably in the field of economic, social and legal sciences. You have experience in carrying out risk analyses and in building internal control systems. Ideally, you have knowledge of compliance and anti-corruption as well as practical experience in creating and implementing compliance programs and policies.
