The task The task is aimed at social pedagogical professionals who, due to their ability and motivation to open up a new perspective for their lives, want to face an attractive challenge. In our intensive and regular groups we give guidance and clear structures to children and young people from the sixth year of life. The respect, care and mediation of standards and values helps children and young people to develop a long-term and sustainable perspective. The task comprises in detail: Care and promotion of children and adolescents with development disorders/prevention and intensive care In individual settings own resources – e.g. in the artisan area – insert Timely and content-based co-design and planning of daily routines Participation in the further development of our education mission Cooperative cooperation with parents, schools and other interdisciplinary partners
