We are looking for innovation-driven master graduates and PhDs with design willing to develop the next generation of semiconductors for the automotive industry and consumer goods in the Junior Managers Program. Are you burning for microelectronics, thinking about future-oriented and wanting to revolutionize the mobility and everyday technologies of tomorrow? Then we want to hear from you. Through an intensive journey of 12–24 months, you will become part of our Semiconductors – the technological core of modern innovations. You rotate through various stations in Germany and abroad (e.g. in agile product areas, corporate start-ups or line organisations) and immerse yourself in technology development, circuit design or future-oriented architectures for system-on-chip (SoC). Your mission: identify future topics, develop innovative systems and move the boundaries of the technically feasible. You will not only support – you will develop, decide and shape. You work in agile teams on technically demanding products (such as power semiconductors for e-vehicles or MEMS sensors for smartphones) and lay the foundation for your future as a leader. What you will learn and develop with us: You learn how the development and production of high-tech semiconductors works in a global technology group – from the first idea to market maturity.

You actively shape the hardware of tomorrow: from power electronics for electromobility to automotive systems ICs and IP modules to MEMS sensors for smartphones, wearables or drones.

You work in agile development teams, use state-of-the-art design and test tools and develop your personal mentor at management level to create a pioneering leadership in the tech environment.

Your academic foundation: You have completed your technical master's or diploma studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, chemistry, physics or comparable natural science above average. Ideally, you already bring a PhD or first professional experience in semiconductor development. Your enthusiasm for inventions & microelectronics: You show real inventive spirit and burn for topics such as power electronics, ASICs, circuit design or MEMS sensors. Technical challenges are not a barrier for you, but your drive for innovation. Your view for the whole: You want to understand how semiconductor solutions are changing entire industries – from the automotive industry to consumer electronics – and how you optimally align your developments with the requirements of global markets. Your understanding of Human-centric Leadership: Leadership means for you to advance people continuously. With courage, openness, tolerance and mindfulness, you inspire your team and take others for your technological ideas. You think strategically and shape the future: You are questioning existing design and development processes, introducing your own creative solutions and have the drive to implement challenging innovations in practice. The first demanding industrial internships are characterized by you. Your continuous development: You want to grow professionally and personally. You are curious about new tools, learn extremely fast and enjoy taking responsibility in a highly dynamic, technological environment. Your linguistic compassion: You communicate safely in English and bring good knowledge of German in order to safely move in our global and local development teams. You have also collected at least three months of experience abroad.
