Senior Information Security Manager (m/f/d)

As a second line of defence, our Information Security team is an integral part of the protection of our company data and systems. With a total of seven colleagues, we are continuously writing the dwpbank's internal information security management system (ISMS) and working to continuously improve safety standards and processes. We play a central role in the assessment and control of safety risks, develop measures and accompany the implementation of regulatory requirements. In your position as an information security manager, you are instrumental in shaping and continuously improving the information security of dwpbank – an important contribution to sustainable business success: Advice & Orientation: As an experienced contact person, you support employees, executives and customers with information security issues. You accompany new projects, identify potential risks early and actively pass on your knowledge to the team to strengthen common standards and a consistent understanding. Keep an eye on risks & make transparent: You keep information security risks holistically in sight and ensure transparent reporting. You prepare content to address – for example for top management and customers – and present it and are available for queries. Promote strategic security issues: In close cooperation with the Chief Information Security Officer, you also support overarching tasks, participate in internal and external bodies and continuously develop key issues of information security. Bringing security into projects: You actively contribute your expertise to projects so that security aspects are taken into account from the outset. At the same time, you support colleagues in technical questions and help develop sustainable solutions. Professionally accompany exams: You are also in demand for internal and external exams. You support the preparation and implementation, accompany audit discussions and ensure a structured coordination with the auditors.

You bring comprehensive experience in information security and are familiar with common methods and standards such as ISO 27001, 27002, 27005 or IT basic protection. You also have a good understanding of risk management and supervisory requirements such as MaRisk and DORA. Through your solid knowledge of IT architectures, networks, firewalls or server structures, you can evaluate security risks and act with IT areas professionally. The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you in everyday work. Whether oral or written – you speak fluent German (C1) and also teach English (B1). Communication strength distinguishes you: You can quickly capture regulatory requirements and complex issues and prepare them address-oriented – from operational units to top management and supervisory board. You work independently, structure your topics clearly and take responsibility for decisions even in complex issues. Teamwork means working for you more than just together.
