Projektmanagement (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• answering and coordinating requests from employees and executives for billing of charges as well as for collective, operational and employment contracts
• Implementation of the pay bill for a defined group of employees in compliance with tariff, company, labour contract, social insurance law, tax and legal requirements
• Implementation of defined administrative processes for a defined group of employees
• Operational personal marketing for the target group Students, including contract creation, database care, support during use and certification

Qualification:

• Completed commercial training with additional qualification as a specialist or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the described task
• Very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law and labour law issues
• experience in the implementation of pay bills
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Self-employed and careful operation as well as high service orientation and team skills
