We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader with genuine passion for trade. Education & experience: You have a completed vocational training as a retail trader (m/w/d), seller (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in food retail. Leadership experience: You already bring relevant leadership experience as team leader, department manager or in a similar leading function in retail. Product love: You are passionate about food and have a strong sense of quality and customer needs. Communication & Empathy: You are strong in communication, empathy and understand your team to inspire and inspire customers. Organizational talent: You are structured, reliable and responsible. Language skills: You have good knowledge of German in word and writing. Italian knowledge is beneficial, but no need.
