Servicetechniker (w/m/d) - Karlsruhe

In this function you are responsible for repairing our products to customers in the area and internationally.

You will use SAMSON Group products and selected foreign products (e.g. AUMA drives) according to specifications and user manuals. You carry out repairs, maintenance and complaint orders directly at the customer's premises - regionally and occasionally internationally. You exchange components and spare parts and support our customers in the commissioning of plants in industrial, HVAC and process engineering areas. If necessary, You provide support for our factory maintenance. You are available to customers by telephone with technical know-how and identify potentials for new service deployments. You carry out customer training and assignments on site. You communicate across departments through our ticket system.

You have completed training, e.g. as mechatronics or in a comparable technical profession - ideally with a further education to the technician or master. Alternatively, you can bring several years of experience in technical service or field service. You have German skills in C1 level and English skills in B2 level. You have a class B licence and a crane license. You are safely revolving with MS Office and work structured, reliable and independent. You convince by communication strength, analytical thinking and service orientation. You are ready to be much on the go - within Germany and occasionally internationally. Residence in the Karlsruhe region is required.
