In the Internal Service we do services for our own home, such as post service, home technology and general administrative tasks. Then get yourself in: They work in document management: recording and digital forwarding of the centrally incoming mail in internal PC systems at the Mannheim site. You are reliable: The post processing requires a day-smooth processing. The observance of postal requirements and compliance with data protection regulations is a matter of course for you. You support: if required, you will take over the processing of your initial mail in the agency shipment and work in the dispatch of paper mail, parcels and sales material.

Training: Ideally you have completed a commercial training. Alternatively, you bring professional experience in a similar field. Knowledge: You can acquire knowledge of computer-assisted document systems and ideally also have basic technical and postal knowledge.
