Team Leader Supplier Development and Quality (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the team Supplier development and supplier quality Ensuring efficient allocation of tasks, target tracking and resource planning within the responsibility area Responsibility for quality planning and supplier protection in the product development process according to IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements Monitoring and approval of relevant quality assurance measures for suppliers, in particular APQP, PPAP/PPA, FMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, Patterning and Run@Rate Ensuring the timely industrialization and serial maturity of suppliers Identification, construction, evaluation, qualification and development of new global suppliers for the sustainable protection of business and project needs Ensuring the implementation of relevant requirements from IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA standards and customer-specific specifications in supplier management Planning, implementation and follow-up of supplier audits, process assessments and releases Control of escalations for the stabilization of critical supplier situations and for the sustainable safeguarding of serial delivery Analysis of quality performance, complaints, escalations and risk potentials in the supplier portfolio Processing and reporting of relevant quality and supplier key figures to management Participation in internal and external audits as well as customer and certification audits deriving and implementing appropriate measures for the sustainable improvement of supplier performance Intensification and further development of global cooperation Developing standards, methods and processes in the field of supplier development and supplier quality

Complete degree in engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the automotive sector Impressed leadership skills as well as a safe, binding and powerful occurrence High communication, moderation and conflict resolution competence in handling internal and external interfaces Analytical and Structured Operation and Strong Problem Solution Competence Own initiative, sense of responsibility and high resilience Qualification(s) to the VDA 6.3 Auditor and Core Tools, IATF16949 Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, ideally Power BI Regular global travel activities (about 30%) Flowing German and Treatable English Knowledge
