Building and further developing a central controlling system for group functions and for one of our business areas Development of standardized controlling processes as well as reporting and analysis tools Business Partner (m/w/d) Active support for business issues to optimise decision-making processes and achieve Support in the preparation of monthly reports and analysis of results and derivation of sound recommendations Participation in group-wide controlling projects, in particular when introducing new controlling tools and implementing the controlling strategy Support for the annual planning and ongoing forecasts of the business segments, analysis of deviations and derivation of recommendations for the achievement of objectives

Completed study of business management or a comparable subject Ideally at least eight years of experience in controlling, ideally in group-wide context Embossed numerical understanding and analytical thinking Enthusiasm for change processes and digital transformation Communication strength and presentation skills, including in complex topics High commitment and strong sense of responsibility combined with clear target orientation Teamplayer mentality and motivation to achieve success together Safe handling of MS Excel and experience with ERP systems Very good German knowledge
