In this role, you assume the overall responsibility for the location – from the leadership and development of your team, to the control of sales activities, to ensuring an excellent customer experience. Multiannual experience in the kitchen or furniture sector Completed commercial vocational training or similar qualification High level of initiative and sense of responsibility as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking High sales affinity and final strength combined with communication strength, organizational talent and hands-on mentality
