What you do with us: You are responsible for the booking of the tour and return tickets, as well as for the search and data correction in the tracking of the consignment. You work out daily evaluations and deal with customer complaints in the field of transportation. You are responsible for handling the transport damage. You work with different workflow programs (Vista workflow, CWA). You take over general administrative activities.
