Service Manager (w|m|d) Elektrotechnik In this leadership role, you take over the management and organization of the service department for our region in the middle-south. The focus is on ensuring efficient and high quality service and successfully managing customer and employee relationships.

Management: You take responsibility for the electrical service department from the costing to commissioning for the region mid-south. Staff management: You motivately guide a team of 8-12 employees professionally and disciplinaryly. Planning and cost control: You calculate projects and offers and tax the subsequent implementation. Customer advice: Together with sales, you will expand our customer relationships. Coordination: You coordinate and develop our commercial and technical staff. Project management: You will accompany the projects until the handover to the technicians. Further development: In close cooperation with the management, you shape the further development of our business model.

Qualification: You bring a master or technician title in the field of electrical engineering. Experience: You have many years of experience in service and maintenance. Management competence: You have experience in managing service projects and employees as well as building teams. Working methods: You are a team player, work independently and take responsibility for your department. Flexibility: You are flexible, you have a class B driver's license and willingness to travel in the day pendulum area.
