Construction and project manager (m/f/d)

What your task is with us Seezeit is about buildings that are used daily, and decisions that work in the long term. You take responsibility for an area that is crucial to many students: reliable, affordable and well-functioning living space. You are responsible for new construction projects in student housing, perform the building function and accompany the necessary public approval procedures in consultation with authorities and project participants. You can see where there is a need for action at sea time, plan repairs, rebuilds and modernizations, and tax these projects from demand determination to implementation. You use funding programs and financing models to realize projects that would otherwise not be possible. As a staff manager*in, you are responsible for the ongoing management as well as the operating obligations of our housing facilities. You start tendering, accompany awards and work safely in the context of HOAI and contract law. You develop sustainable concepts for building stock, in particular for energy efficiency and operational safety. You work closely with internal areas, external planning offices and service providers and ensure that projects are implemented professionally sound, economically meaningful and in the interest of the students.

What you bring You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or related discipline, as well as multi-year professional experience and can reliably structure project tasks. Experience in the planning and control of new construction projects as well as renovation and modernization measures is required. It is important to us that you can safely assess technical relationships, take responsibility and thoroughly work on new topics.

If you are already familiar with tenders and award procedures that are already familiar with HOAI and VOB or with the handling of funding programs, this is an advantage. Tools like Orca AVA or similar programs also help you get started. Management experience or experience in the professional management of project participants is important to us. Above all, it is crucial to work, which is solution-oriented, carefully and cooperative, both in exchange with colleagues, external partners and the areas with which you bring projects together.
