successfully completed university studies in the fields of architecture or civil engineering or in a technical-engineering degree course including the fields of electrical engineering, heating/sanitary, measurement and control technology, supply technology, ventilation and air conditioning technology Basic knowledge of the performance phases 1-4 of the HOAI at least three years of relevant professional experience in the performance phases 5-8 of the HOAI Experience in project management and control desirable Own initiative, organizational talent and sense of responsibility Class B driving licence and the willingness to carry a service car
