Together with the HR Payroll team at the Unterföhring site, you are a specialist in charge of paying our employees on time. Together with our SAP experts, you develop our SAP HCM and accompany different projects in the payroll environment. In this role you live our hybrid model ''Traveller''. On fixed weekdays you will be on site, on the other days you can work remotely. The place is limited to 24 months. This is what awaits you You take over the independent preparation and reconditioning of the billing of charges for your support area, including inputs in SAP HCM (dust data, movement data, digital personnel file) and ensure the quality of the billing You are the central contact person for your area for our employees and executives in all social insurance and wage tax issues as well as in reporting and certification The qualified administrative handling of our company-wide Benefits also belongs to your area of responsibility (e.g. employee participation programs, company pensions, utility cars, Kita grant) You actively shape the ongoing development of our IT landscape and accompany various transformation projects

You have first relevant professional experience in wage and salary accounting and have solid expertise in wage tax and social security law You have very good knowledge of SAP HCM, especially in pay billing Your communication skills, proactive functioning and discretion are just as good as your strong customer orientation You have fun with changes and have been able to actively accompany them in the past and implement them positively Funded knowledge of MS-Office as well as excellent knowledge of German and English Basic knowledge complete your profile
