CNC machining equipment (m-w-d).

Their task is to manufacture workpieces (mainly spare parts and individual parts, tools for production) according to the drawing on CNC-controlled machines. You create editing programs (workshop programming), select the tools and equip the machines. The parts control as a factory self-check, error analysis, optimization, troubleshooting are part of your task. You are also responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of the machines and equipment according to maintenance plans. In addition, active collaboration is provided in weekly Shopfloor meetings.

Successfully completed training or further training, for example for machining mechanic, specialist metal technology (cutting technology), precision mechanics, CNC machining, tool mechanic (m-w-d) with a focus on turning/milling technology or comparable qualification. Professional experience in turning/milling technology, CNC programming skills (preferably Sinumerik 828D/810D). Good knowledge in reading construction drawings. High motivation as well as independent, team-oriented working.
