Architect (m/f/d)

You develop and plan new residential and commercial projects by covering the phases from conception to design planning to construction applications, while at the same time you look at economic constructions to ensure high architectural quality In your working day, you actively vote with internal teams and communicate effectively via interfaces, while you drive the graphical implementation together with specialist planners and technicians Your previous experience in the execution and detail planning (LPH 5) will also help to develop user concepts in the context of new construction plan procedures. In a cooperative team environment, you work hand in hand with your colleagues to realise successful projects together

You bring a completed architectural study, technical studies in the building industry or a comparable one with, ideally with building template permission Through your multi-year professional experience in planning for project developers and developers, you have a strong understanding of economic, design and efficient planning With your safe handling of the BauGB, the BauNVO and the basics of planning law, you contribute significantly to project realization The common MS Office programs like Word, Excel, Outlook and teams are familiar to you, ideally you have already worked with Allplan (Nemetschek) 2D/3D and Lumion (Cycot) You already have practical experience in execution and detail planning (LPH 5) Your own initiative, openness, team skills and commitment are the key to creating a productive working environment You have a class B driving licence and a very good knowledge of German in word and writing
