Competent and individual consulting of our customers from the time of request to the successful implementation of the event Adopting, consulting and booking of events, banquet events and events taking into account budget requirements Planning and implementation of the detailed event agreements by complete, correct and timely creation of event functions Care of events, follow-up conversations and housekeeping as well as accounting Creation and analysis of key figures, statistics and reports to support department and sales planning Optimum cooperation with all departments involved Participation and planning of sales and marketing actions Monitoring current trends in event management and integration of innovative ideas in future events Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to promote follow-up bookings

Training or studies in the area of hotel industry, tourism or event management Multiannual experience in the event area, preferably in the upscale hotel industry Embossed sales and service idea with pleasure in recognizing customer needs and developing individual solutions Comprehensive communication and expressiveness in German and English Embossed organisational and time management with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently High readiness also on holidays and weekends, flexibility and a pronounced quality awareness Structured, organized work with a view for details Team skills, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for cross-departmental cooperation Interest in new developments and joy in going innovative ways in event management
