Dispatcher in the FTL area (m/f/d)

Planning, control and monitoring of transport in the private and foreign transport park Disposition of vehicles and driving personnel in compliance with statutory regulations and internal corporate standards Continuous monitoring of transport operations and timely intervention in the event of deviations or disagreements Close communication and coordination with drivers and customers as well as internal departments to ensure a smooth running Independent analysis and solution of MRP and execution problems to ensure a reliable and proper order processing Maintenance of relevant MRP and transport data as well as preparation of evaluations and reporting in the IT systems used Ensuring high customer satisfaction through reliable, timely and efficient traffic planning

Complete commercial vocational training, preferably in the field of forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualifications First professional experience in the disposition of FTL transports Experience in handling the freight exchange TIMOCOM Very good knowledge of German, Romanian or Bulgarian Good local knowledge and well-founded knowledge in route and tour planning High level of service and customer orientation Stress resistance, flexibility and solution orientation in order to overcome unexpected challenges quickly and pragmatically Communication strength to set clear expectations and optimally support the driving personnel in the daily business
