You take the technical responsibility for your projects and shape them with the necessary degree of self-determination You coordinate the entire process of construction and ensure the technical and contractual implementation You guide your team, tax entrepreneurs and instruct them to You are responsible for installation work from photovoltaic systems to installation of wallboxes and performance control including time monitoring, commissioning and acceptance You will create scales, accounting bases and test and measurement protocols for electrical systems and devices You are responsible for work safety at the construction site and compliance with BAUER quality standards in accordance with QM manual

That's what you bring to it

You have a completed and recognized electrotechnical training in Germany, for example as an electronics company for energy and building technology, ideally complemented by a master or technician degree You bring relevant professional experience, have already led construction sites and are organized as well as assertive You know the relevant standards and regulations (DIN, VDE, VOB Part B/C, LAR) and implement them safely You have a secure handling of common Microsoft Office programs You have the rating class B and are flexible on construction sites You work responsibly, keep your team safe and consistently maintain quality and safety standards
