Product Development Officer (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the development and development of non-collective products (e.g. loans, variable interest rates, prolongations) Control of pricing and terms policy in the out-of-collective business: conducting sound analyses, producing forecasts and deriving recommendations for action Preparation, moderation and technical management of the regularly taking place rounds of conditions – in close coordination with departmental management and board Initiation and implementation of changes in terms of conditions and support of strategic decisions in pricing Technical project management for product adaptations – from concept phase to technical coordination to implementation Close cooperation with controlling, IT, sales and other interfaces to ensure smooth processes and marketable solutions Further development of products-related materials, processes and tools – including professional quality assurance and co-design of communication content

Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or an equivalent qualification Ideal professional experience in the banking environment High numerical affinity, analytical thinking and joy in dealing with complex relationships Understanding, analyzing and applying technical relationships, processes and systems and thus forming the interface between the technical concept and the IT implementation Structured, precise and independent working with a view to details and relationships Communication strength and security in coordination with different hierarchical levels – up to the Executive Board Strategic thinking, initiative and willingness to take responsibility and actively promote issues
