Corporate Risk Manager (m/f/d)

As a Corporate Risk Manager (m/w/d), you will ensure that company-wide risks are systematically identified, assessed and controlled by appropriate countermeasures. Together with the existing Corporate Disk Center, you develop group-wide risk management and support specialist areas as well as international companies to effectively manage risks. In particular, Heinemann Group's departments and international companies advise on the identification and assessment of risks and support the development of appropriate countermeasures as a Sparring partner follow and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigating countermeasures evaluate quantitative and qualitative risk data and create targeted risk reports for management bodies further develop the group-wide risk management process and existing risk and governance frameworks contribute to the technical design, introduction and further development of suitable risk management tools Develop risk management approaches for Tender, Transition and M&A processes as well as edit special topics and ad hoc requests with risk management reference

A successfully completed study, for example in economics, industrial engineering, financial and economic mathematics or a comparable subject area Multiannual relevant professional experience in risk management, strategic controlling, corporate transformation, process management or a comparable function, ideally in a management consultancy or an internationally established company Very good analytical skills and competence to structure, evaluate and compress complex facts on decision-relevant statements Experience in creating targeted reports, decision templates or presentations for different management and stakeholder levels Impressed communication strength and a sovereign appearance in cooperation with different disciplines and hierarchical levels A very high degree of self-responsibility as well as a structured and consistently targeted way of working Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a pronounced intercultural understanding Ideally first experience in the design or introduction of risk management tools as well as knowledge in data analysis with Python or R You don't meet all the requirements, do you think the place fits exactly with you?
