Event technicians at the Carmen Würth Forum (m/f/d)

You take over the technical preparation, supervision and execution of events at the Carmen Würth Forum. You plan and implement events in the fields of audio, light, video, stage and media technology. You set up event rooms and technical facilities, perform function tests and accompany samples and events. You operate the event technology used during operation and respond professionally to technical requirements and short-term changes. You advise internal clients, organizers and external service providers in the planning and implementation of technical event concepts. You coordinate ups and downs, coordinate with the trade unions involved and accompany external service providers on site. You analyze technical disorders, fix them independently within the scope of your options and provide further support if necessary. You contribute to technical schedules, spatial concepts, documentation as well as to the maintenance and development of the equipment. You shall ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality and accident prevention rules.

Complete training as a specialist for event technology or a comparable technical qualification. Professional experience in event technology, ideally for congresses, cultural events, corporate events or comparable formats. Good knowledge of audio, light, video, stage and media technology as well as experience in technical event planning. Embossed technical understanding, craftsmanship and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. High service and service orientation as well as a safe and friendly appearance towards internal and external contacts. Embossed communication and team skills and joy in cooperation with different departments and service providers. Willingness to flexible working hours as well as to bets in the evening hours, weekends and holidays during the event. Good knowledge of German; English and a class B licence are desirable.
