Recruiting professional in spe: You help us create and publish job advertisements, plan and conduct interviews. Data analysis: You support us in the evaluation and processing of HR data so that we can make informed decisions. Designing HR Processes: You support our HR Business partners in exciting projects, such as developing concepts for executive training. Contract management with SAP: You help prepare and create contracts with modern SAP tools. Team support: You work closely with our HR Business partners and take responsibility in various topics.

Education: Studies in economics, social sciences, ideally with a focus on human resources or comparable Experiences and know-how: safe handling of MS Office, ideally SAP knowledge Personality and working methods: open-minded, attentive, responsible, independent, solution-oriented and team-oriented, independent, customer-oriented and conscientious Enthusiasm: for HR topics and questions related to personnel work Languages: very good German and good English
