For our well-known customer in Biberach from the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a junior production employee m/w/d in TZ or VZ.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• to carry out all preparatory activities for the production areas in a timely manner. This also includes the operation and cleaning of complex preparation plants, for example dishwasher or autoclave, in the assigned area
• Conducting the regular production and cleaning processes in the selected areas while complying with the GMP requirements. This includes the GMP-compliant operation of plants or processes including the execution of the required in-process controls
• Responsible for the GMP-compliant written or electronic documentation of all activities carried out (e.g. production and cleaning processes) in compliance with the GMP requirements for documentation
• compliance with applicable hygiene, clothing, environmental and safety standards
• concerns about cleanliness and order in the field and sustainable implementation of the applicable regulatory systems such as 5S in the field of
• Follow your own training and training plan in relevant areas and self-responsibility of the training stand
• Active participation in the performance dialogue and handover for shift change of all necessary information to the following team
• You are responsible for the correct collection of your work and make an active contribution to achieving the team goals

Technical requirements (m/w/d) are welcome!

• previous knowledge of the cleaning and disinfection of large-scale production plants, ideally in the cGMP environment or several years of professional experience in professions with hygiene cover such as e.g. B. Hairdresser (m/w/d), dental assistant (m/w/d), medical assistant (m/w/d), PTA, CT or in food processing, butchery, bakery, etc.
• Hygiene understanding and basic technical understanding
• Experience with activities in the cGMP area and knowledge of GMP-compliant documentation
• Careful, structured way of working and a high degree of responsibility and willingness to use
• Good PC knowledge in all popular MS Office applications
• Ready to learn and enjoy work in the team
• Willingness to shiftwork (breakfast and late) as well as work on weekends and holidays is a prerequisite
