Inside Sales Representative - Sales Support / CRM (m/f/d)

You create and independently process complex offers, contracts and orders and act as a central interface for our customers: You are responsible for the careful maintenance of our customer data in the CRM system and thus ensure the data quality for the entire sales team You proactively support the sales team in the new customer acquisition, insult targeted sales campaigns and research on strategic tenders in the energy market You take over the coordination of customer and sales appointments, prepare presentations and participate in the organization of trade fairs and customer events You analyze customer requirements and actively support the sales manager in preparing contract conclusion

You have a completed commercial training or another relevant qualification You ideally have at least 3 years of professional experience in comparable tasks You are safe in handling Microsoft Office programs, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You communicate professionally with internal and external contact persons You work structured, carefully, solution-oriented and have a proactive way of working with a good look for priorities
